Shipping processing times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping to Spain and Portugal. Domestic shipping policy.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders over €100 ship free. Delivery times are 24-48 hours once payment has been verified.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship outside of Spain and Portugal.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Damage

Grill Fire BBQ is responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours to file a claim with the shipping company. After this period, the responsibility will fall to the customer, as Grill Fire BBQ will assume that if no complaint is received beforehand, everything is in order. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
